The second bedroom has a queen bed and is located near another full bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom includes a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, and TV. The fourth bedroom offers double-double/twin-on-top bunks, while the fifth has a twin bunk. Another full bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer complete the lower level. We had a blast with our large group. Lots of towels, which was awesome! Could’ve used more toilet paper. There weren’t clear check out instructions in the book, so we are hoping we did everything expected! Had to call the management company for the hot tub code. Awesome beach access and we had everything we needed!! Would stay there again!

The house was perfect! We had just enough space for everyone. There was plenty of area for parking, we loved the view of the ocean.
This is our 2nd year at the coast during Christmas & it was everything we wanted.
The only thing of concern was the coffee pot has a crack in it but, didn’t leak?!

Public beach access is right across the street and the walk into town is only about 5 minutes. The multiple bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make it comfortable for large groups or multiple families. Easy to travel to nearby towns of Manzanita or Tillamook. The upper deck is nice for beach gazing while the lower deck has the hot tub and a larger seating area.

Do not recommend this for anyone that has issues with steps. Access to beach to difficult for seniors to climb. Issues with doors and windows. Also deck had exposed screws and weak boards.
