Entry Bedroom (first room as you enter): Nectar Classic memory foam queen bed, nightstand with lamp, fan, sleeping machine, ear plugs, luggage rack with hangers, extra pillows & blankets, and laundry basket.

Kitchen is fully equipped: Ninja dual coffee machine (K-Cups, ground coffee, creamer, sugar), gas stove, spice rack, big stainless steel sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 4-slice toaster, cookware, utensils, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and cups. Cleaning supplies include broom, vacuum, duster, and under-sink chemicals.

+ Damaged, broken, or missing items will result in additional charges.
+ Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-approved by 5 PM the evening before and may incur additional fees.

+ No weapons or firearms are permitted on the premises.
+ We treat the home regularly for pests, but given the natural environment, occasional encounters with wildlife may occur.
