Self check-in by smart lock, so you arrive on your own schedule with no coordination needed. Parking for up to 6 cars in the main driveway.

THE MAIN HOUSE (4 BEDROOMS) The Main House spans two distinct wings, each with its own character. The historic wing, the original 1825 structure, holds two King bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room, all graced with original heart pine hardwood floors. One King bedroom features original exposed wooden beams and an enclosed spiral staircase; the other has a romantic clawfoot tub. The newer wing houses the expansive 500 sq ft master suite with its own private balcony, a Queen bedroom on the first floor, and a full modern kitchen. All four bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, something you rarely find in vacation rentals. Gather in the living room around the 85" TV or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen.

THE COTTAGE (1 BEDROOM) Steps away from the main house is a detached cottage with its own entrance, king bedroom, ensuite bath, full kitchen, foosball table, and 65" Smart TV. Ideal for grandparents who want their own space, teens or kids who love their independence, a couple seeking privacy, or simply additional room for your party to enjoy.

THE POOL Your private 700 sq ft heated pool is fully fenced, with an integrated sun deck, a pergola for shade, and lounge furniture included. Open seasonally May through September, 8am to 9pm. Whether it's a lazy afternoon float or a sunset swim after a beach day, this is where summer memories are made. Pool access is exclusively for your group.

OUTDOOR LIVING Step outside to a full outdoor living space with a heated pool, an asphalt pickleball court, a string-lit patio, plus a wood-burning fire pit and cornhole set in the backyard, all on 1.3 private acres. The yard is naturally private, partially fenced on the street side with mature treelines providing over 100 feet of buffer on neighboring sides. Plenty of space for well-trained dogs to roam and kids to run free. (Firewood is available at Acme or Wawa nearby.)

THE BEACH Multiple Cape May beaches are just 5 to 10 minutes by car. We've got you covered: beach chairs, towels, 2 umbrellas, a pull cart, beach toys (boogie boards, sand castle sets, frisbee), and 10 Cape May beach tags. Just show up, everything is ready. (Beach tags must be returned at the time of checkout.)

RAINY DAY? NO PROBLEM Two full kitchens invite everyone to cook together. The 85" and 65" TVs make movie marathons easy, the foosball table keeps things competitive, and the pickleball court is always there if the sun comes back out. Downtown Cape May's shops, restaurants, and Victorian architecture are 5 to 10 minutes away by car. Cape May is one of the most charming small towns on the East Coast, rain or shine.
