It has a small, basic kitchen for preparing everyday meals such as breakfast, etc.—not for large events or banquets. Events or parties are NOT permitted on the property

The children’s hot tub will NOT be available, as city regulations city regulations, if we want to use it for infants, we must have a lifeguard on the property 12 hours a day, and this would affect our guests’ privacy; therefore, you will not find it filled with water, and it cannot be used.
