Location and friendliness of the staff
The bed was rather bad, impossible to sleep through the night, the backboard was extra squeaky, the pillows and the mattress rather didn’t help either.

Todo perfecto. El anfitrión super agradable, nos dió recomendaciones y todo y contestaba siempre al momento. Cerca del metro y a 20 minutos andando del Coliseo.

We had a great stay at Conte Residence. David welcomed us with exceptional hospitality and care, making us feel very comfortable from the start.
The location is excellent — close to Termini Station and the metro, with plenty of wonderful places to eat and drink nearby.
It would be great to have a larger mirror in the room.
