The house is in a nice location and had plenty of room. However, the owner should have aired it out prior to our arrival. It was very musty smelling especially in the basement. I called the owner the first morning to ask if there was another dehumidifier, but did not hear back. It did get better after airing it out a couple days.The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room around the kitchen table for the family. The furniture seemed old but functional.There are 2 TV's but only one ROKU. Therefore, only one was usable.The property backs up to a horse farm and has beautiful views. There is a hammock and picnic table, but the grass had not been cut to be able to enjoy them.The property worked for us since we were in town for a graduation, but it really could use some updates and TLC.
