This place had crappy reviews I almost didn’t book but it was so nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night but just having that experience of being in the heart of Times Square was worth it.

Checking in and out went very smoothly. I loved the conscience of storing my bags while exploring the city after check out! I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is in an excellent location! The A/C worked very well which was a huge relief from the heat. But I want to emphasize the sheets - the softest sheets I’ve ever had!
