Introducing this newly renovated second floor pet friendly two-bedroom Beachwalk condo at Sandpiper Cove: condo 9222. Seasonal beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella are included for the 2026 season! Unit has a video doorbell
There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, two Queen beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room, allowing this property to sleep up to 8 guests. The open Kitchen, Living Area, and Dining Areas give you plenty of room to stretch your legs. The Living Area has two couches (with one doubling as a Sofa Sleeper), a chair with an ottoman, and a wall mounted HDTV.
The Dining Area has a table set for four, while the adjacent Kitchen has additional bar seating available. The newly renovated Kitchen has full size appliances and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare a meal. There are sliding glass doors next to the Kitchen and Living Area that grant access to one of the two balconies. The Living Room Balcony is large with shaded seating and a table set for four for outside dining.
The Guest Bedroom is where you will find the second, smaller, private balcony. The Guest Bedroom also has an HDTV, two Queen beds, and its own private Bathroom. This spacious Guest Bathroom has plenty of counter space and a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Balcony offers private outdoor seating for two. The Master Bedroom has a wall mounted HDTV and a King bed. The Master Bathroom has dual vanities and a walk in shower.
One of the best amenities this condo offers is its location. In the “Beachwalk” section of Sandpiper Cove, you are steps away from the best of Sandpiper’s five pools, and steps away from Sandpiper’s private beach, which is directly across the street. Sandpiper Cove boats 1100’ of its own private beach, with beach front parking available, as well as beachside bathrooms.
Other amenities include HD cable TV, a new washer and dryer inside the unit, and Wi-Fi internet access. A dog under 50 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $150 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Host was great and stayed in contact with us whole time quick response time. Hot tub was under maintenance.very clean gaurds was very friendly and felt safe there

We really enjoyed our stay! We found the condo very clean and bright with excellent sun exposure throughout and on the private patio. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and a nice quantity of bath towels were provided. Be sure to bring your own beach towels. We really enjoyed what was provided to cook in. The glassware and dishes were appreciated. It was just my husband and I and our small dog but the floor plan is very nice for 2 couples or a family. This was our first stay in Sandpiper Cove and we really enjoyed it. What an amazing beach steps away, community beach bar, and all the amenities offered here. We look forward to returning next year.
