The staff was accommodating. Very accommodating need to use Google chat to communicate.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Good food for dinner on site lots of choices near by. Nice cold a.c good beds and pillows. Clean rooms tiled walk in shower

My stay was perfect. The facility is located in a residential neighborhood, close to coffee shops, medical and border which is in walking distance. Great communication. Definitely will book again.

I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my stay. The service really made a difference. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value. I’ve stayed at many highly rated hotels in Tijuana, and honestly, this experience was even better than several of them. The restaurant inside is also serving great food! Highly recommended.
