Stellar location as a "homebase" for exploring Venice. Margarita was so friendly and helpful in introducing us to the apartment.

Luca (property owner) dropping the ball on making dinner reservations for us. He was asked in a booking.com message to make reservations (we were still out of the country) and he said he would. Even messaged him a couple of hours prior to reservation to ensure it was in place. When we arrived at the restaurant at the appointed time, they had no idea what we were taking about. Broken zipper on pullout couch. Privacy while taking a shower - no frosted window glass in shower window.

L'appartement est super bien situé, à proximité des cafés et des restaurants, et des points touristiques majeurs de la ville. Très bien optimisé et conçu l'appartement est en excellent état, niveau propreté il était impeccable et les hôtes très serviables. On recommande à 100%

A compact apartment in a lovely area easy to walk everywhere and only 15 min walk from station.

Luca was very responsive to questions. The location of this apt was ideal, convenient to everything. The space was clean and a nice haven after a long day out.

It would've been nice to have hooks in the bathroom for towel/clothes.
