Hotel & rooms were excellent . Location with river view a bonus . Only disappointment was quality of cooked breakfast , could use better quality ingredients. Would stay again but go out to eat breakfast.

Excellent positioned room overlooking river. Quiet although hotel busy. Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Bathroom spacious though back of door not cleaned lately!
Staff helpful. Breakfast and dinner excellent.
Only small minus after they had lost that we'd prepaid for a meal . They were polite and I believe a new computer system was the problem but could've said sorry.
Overall very enjoyable stay.

Charming hotel on the river Severn with access to a beautiful walks along it’s banks or stay on the lovely terraces with a drink and watch the world go by Just a few minutes walk and you’re at the cathedral and the heart of the city We had a lovely tasty evening meal in the hotels restaurant …highly recommend…the full English breakfast the next morning was just as delicious …would definitely stay again …
