Todo extremadamente limpio ,me encantó el área todo muy bien el personal muy amable ,’,excelente servicio y los precios increíbles.

The person at the front desk, Kaylee (not sure about the spelling), was genuinely helpful. She watched our luggage because our room wasn't ready while we went to dinner and then placed it in the room before we got back. She also helped solve a few other problems and was very charming the whole time.

Getting there was difficult because Google is confused about which side to enter the property from. Someone should update google on how to do that.

The rooms and hotel was really nice and clean. The rooms we're a good size and the staff was really friendly.

Unfortunately, at the time of booking it wasn't communicated that the hotel was having its grand opening on the weekend of our stay. We could not access the amenities, which were the main reason we booked, and their system was not yet active so we did not have room keys. Every time we came in and out we had to be escorted by a staff member to open our room for us. The refrigerator was not plugged in, the room doors did not fully close, and on day 2 we had zero hot water. The TV would turn off by itself every 30 minutes and there were several power outages.
