Staff was great I liked the convenience of the Bistro for some wine & beer!

(After speaking to management, we were comped for our stay.) I had booked a king suite, however at check in I was told there were no more king suites and I would have to settle for a double queen at the same price. The beds were ACTUALLY doubles. There's a trip hazard at the bathroom threshold.and we experienced uncomfortably hot water surges while showering.

Staff was very courteous. Clean and peaceful.

It would have been exceptional but there was a huge gap in communication with the staff that made my trip difficult. I was in the wedding party for a close friend, all of whom were staying at the other location on the same street, miles away. I communicated my need to be roomed with the wedding party over the phone days before arriving and again at the front desk and no one said they had no idea what I was talking about. It took away something special from the entire weekend.
