Room 13 is the harbor-front king suite on the first floor, the inn's most requested room for couples who want the water in front of them all day.
The living room has a wall of windows and French doors to a private balcony facing the inner harbor, two lighthouses and the open Atlantic. There is a fireplace, a bookshelf-lined sitting area and a table for two.
The king bedroom and private bath sit in an adjoining room, so the bedroom stays quiet. The suite is furnished for longer stays.
Admirals Quarters Inn is a historic sea captain's home at 71 Commercial St, on the water in downtown Boothbay Harbor. It runs like a small Boothbay Harbor hotel, with a front desk, free parking, a shared guest kitchen and a harbor-view solarium, but it still feels like a home.

Jersey was the perfect host! He welcomed us with a tour of the property, introduced us to the property’s common areas and then we ended the tour in our beautiful room with a spectacular view. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable. The host was so hospitable; drinks, snacks, eggs, fruit and pastries were available every morning for you to grab & go. The coffee station met all our needs and we completely felt at home. We can’t wait to reserve our spot next year because we apparently missed Jersey’s famous s’mores.
