I liked the place as a value for money stay, in a very convienient location for me- 1.5miles from kents Hill conference centre.
I originally made a mistake with my booking and booked for the wrong date. I booked as not cancellable as was a reasonable price. I asked for the booking to be transfered to the date I required and the hosts were very obliging and sorted this out for me. Thank you
