Hampton by Hotel Zhangjiajie National Forest Park-10min walk to biaozhi gate

What really stands out at this 'Hilton Hotel' is the extreme new level of service by staff; very well coordinated, english speaking and very kind and helpful. The staff booked park tickets in advance with hotel discount after online request, they provided excellent guidance for the park, and even shared via WeChat the option to ask for help in case you would be lost in the park. Take away breakfast in case you want to be at 7 am at the gates. Free coffee and really attentative staff. Both front office as well as house keeping. The latter was also really attentative concerning making the stay in the room perfect. Honestly I travel a lot and visit many hotels but this service really stood out. Besides that try the Henan restaurant across the road; really good.

Not much, if anything.

Room was spacious with modern conveniences. Location was walkable to Zhengjiajie Park.
