Location was excellent, easy walk to all the sites eg Susukino, Odori Park, places to eat, shopping (Parco, Shopping Street, Mistukoshi) and close to the subway. Great yakitori izakaya Wakamusha just 30m away (but may need to reserve in advance) and tofu kaiseki at Umenohana Sapporoten (up on the 4F). Spacious self contained apartment with microwave, induction hotplate, kettle, washing machine, heated bath/shower, 2 comfortable double beds. Staff were friendly and we could drop the luggage in before check in time and they delivered it to the apartment. They even put our drinks and fruit in the fridge! They helped us book our taxi to Sapporo station as we were leaving early. Very good value.

Could do with a clothes fold out drying rack (they have a multi clip hanging rail and hangers), butter knives, draining rack for dishes, dish towel and a bigger rubbish bin for kitchenette.

Queen bed suite was spacious. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linen and amenities

No English spoken at front desk. No instructions in the apartment to help operate combined microwave/oven/grill or washing machine but we managed. No one on front desk could help us with luggage forwarding. The apartments are not serviced and there is no rubbish/refuse room so it accumulated in our room until we checked out.

外観やロビーなどの雰囲気はとても良かった印象です。

客室内の清掃が行き届いていない印象で、特に気になったのが浴室です。 排水口の流れが良くなく、中を確認したところ長い髪の毛がたくさん絡まっておりました。 その他、洗面台に置いてある手洗石鹸の容器にほこりとや水垢ついていたり、客室にゴミが落ちていたりと清掃面はかなり残念でした。
