The location was excellent
Since it’s a shared space the other occupants are not as observant of the rules. The bed and pillows probably need a change. And the construction was noisy during the night.

The location of the stay was good. It was quite near to a few bus stops. The room and other common spaces were clean. I went in July and luckily it wasn't very hot around that time but they provided a small table fan with the room.
Finding the stay was a bit difficult. It is above an eatery, and the room I got was such that the window opened right near the exhaust from the eatery. Hence in the evening, keeping the window open was not possible due to the greasy smell.
