Great value, it was clean and well-maintained. Staff was thorough during check-in and even escorted me to my room.

No obvious signage outside leads to some guesswork if you arrived at the right place. It can be a bit noisy so earplugs are basically required (but provided).

I had a very pleasant stay at Cloud Stay Hotel. The front desk team and staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, with bus and subway stops nearby, making it easy to get around. There’s also a bakery and fruit shop close to the hotel, which was really convenient. The room size is a little small, but all the amenities were great and everything we needed was well provided. One feature I particularly appreciated was the continuous drinking water option available in the room — a thoughtful and very useful touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would happily consider staying here again.
