Amazing place to stay , spacious clean , and the host very very kind! Easy access!!

Nothing everything is amazing!

Everytime I come to Seoul, I will stay at Residence Unicorn. It has everything I need. It's clean, all the facilities are there, and the location is good. It's not located right in the city centre, but near enough. The emart supermarket is within walking distance. Ponny the owner is also very helpful and always ready to meet our requests.

The apartment is clean, spacious and cozy. There is a proper fridge and freezer, plenty of electrical sockets, and a good amount of storage space. The internet works great. The host is extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with via KakaoChat. I had to extend my stay and they made it really easy. The location is superb. The apartment is not directly next to a busy road so traffic noise stays under control. It does not provide pure silence, but I'm a light sleeper and managed to sleep quite well here. There is a big supermarket just next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. There are two metro stations within a 10-minute walk: lines 1 and 2. There is also luggage storage and a bathroom that you can use if you need to stay in the city after checkout. Highly recommended!

Using the shower makes the entire bathroom floor wet. Providing a sweeper/squeegee would be a nice improvement. Sound insulation is poor so your experience depends on other visitors. I stayed at the place during the first week of October and unfortunately there was roadwork next door causing a lot of noise during the day. The noise started before 8:00. It wasn't a major roadwork so it will probably be done soon. It is not the host's fault, but I want to give a heads-up to other customers who are planning to stay there within a week or two.

Good price for the time that we stayed compared to other places. Also well connected with busses.

There is no separate shower space in the bathroom. The decoration is a bit outdated and the place was a bit far from almost everything we did.
