The Space:
You can walk to the University of Oregon in a matter of minutes from this polished, light-filled home in Eugene. Between track and field championships at Hayward Field and Oregon Ducks basketball at Matthew Knight Arena, world-class sporting events are less than half a mile away.
This home is located in the East Campus neighborhood, where you can leave your car behind and explore the best of Eugene on foot. Stroll to the Rhododendron Garden at Hendricks Park (just over half a mile), fantastic restaurants downtown (a mile and a half), and football games across the river at Autzen Stadium (less than two miles).
As you step through the door after a day out and about, you'll be struck by the openness of the living space, where sunlight streams in through large picture windows. There's a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sliding doors that lead outside to the patio, and a comfortable living room where you can unwind in the evenings - relaxing by the fireplace and watching movies on cable and streaming. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Nancy’s retreat is it warm and cozy home well suited for a family visiting Eugene. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, in the kitchen was perfect for a nice Thanksgiving holiday away from home. This home is essentially located to all things in Eugene, especially when visiting your child who attends the university of Oregon. Can’t wait to be back!

We loved our stay here! The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was a dream. We ended up eating most meals at home since the kitchen was so well appointed and the house was such a nice environment. We were able to walk to get groceries as well as to have a glass of wine - location was excellent. We hope to be back soon!
