The rooms were well designed and comfortable

The check in process is overly complicated and information confusing and poorly communicated. This issue has been highlighted by other guests and during our stay we met other visitors struggling with the system. The lack of promised amenities promised in the promotional material, the craft brewery due for completion in June is still an empty shell, the art room and lounge is equally incomplete. There is no room service which is fine if you're only there a couple of nights, guests staying any length of time might take issue. These problems detracted from what would have been a pleasant stay.
