The breakfast was ok, the snacks were yummy, and the unit was fairly quiet, except for the rescue Helicopter passing overhead, but we are used to it, as we are also near a hospital.
Everything was just fine.

Space is so lovely, really comfy, like a home away from home.
The bathroom ceiling might need some love...

The location was exceptional, near the historical village, the golfcourse, the racetrack where our show was, the hospital. The room and bed were comfortable and very clean with everything provided. Breakfast was a little incomplete, but the hosts were away. About a km or 2 away was a restaurant, Chinatown at Fraser Bay Shopping Centre, which we highly recommend for meals.
We don't like washing dishes and getting drinking water from a bathroom sink. There was parking, but tricky to turn with a large vehicle, however the price was so reasonable and location so convenient that it would be really mean to be critical!

Absolutely perfect in every way! Great communications, beautifully decorated - everything I could ask for. I'll be back.
