Très belles chambres et salle de bain
Tout était bien

We liked the location as it was walking distance to a place we’d booked. On a bus route to city centre as we didn’t use the car once there. Near to a few eateries. Breakfast was enough to keep us going and all the staff friendly. Parking was essential for us.
Breakfast was fine but maybe a little repetitive if we had stayed longer than 4 days. Room was really big but storage space quite small, no drawers and not very much hanging space. Main road could be a problem with noise but our room was quiet.

Lovely room. So clean and the place smelled clean and fresh. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Would have preferred an help yourself breakfast but it was more than adequate for our needs

The location was Good for access to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
The elevator was malfunctioning. This mattered to me because I am disabled. My air conditioning did not work until I managed to reset the breakers on my own. Staff was unresponsive after six p.m. The parking garage was unfortunately too small for my rental car and I scratched it on the way in. The morning staff on Monday was great. The location is not very good for street life.
