Posto bellissimo con camere enormi letto con baldacchino molto romantico...spa piccola ma molto bella...e piscina a sfioro con vista colline... ottima anche la cucina

Claustrum di Colforcella was the perfect weekend getaway for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the beautiful landscaping to the meticulous restoration of the 16th century building, it was apparent that every detail was well thought out to preserve the history but at the same time, provide the ultimate modern comforts for guests. As an interior designer, I appreciated the tasteful and comfortable design of the property. We enjoyed having access to the lovely spa building all to ourselves for two hours - the sauna, the hammam, the hot tub with an amazing view of the countryside and balcony for relaxing and enjoying a cup of hot tea. The restaurant in the lower level of the main building is magical -- it's like a scene out of a medieval movie. This is where we got to enjoy a lovely breakfast in the mornings and had a delicious dinner on our anniversary evening. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and personable. The director, Floriana, provided great communication from the moment we booked our stay. And it was a great pleasure meeting and talking with the owner who happened to be there with his family and friends for the weekend. He was very gracious in giving us the background on how he came upon the property. It's exciting to hear that he is in the process of restoring and renovating adjacent buildings in the hamlet. The wonderful suite (Grand Suite) we were in is located in the main building, on the same floor as the reception & common area, and next to the spiral stairs leading down to the restaurant. Even though it is all stone walls, sound from the common area still carried into our suite which was not a big deal for us. But if you are sensitive to noise or are light sleepers, just be aware that you may be able to hear chatter from the common area. Another highlight of staying here was the opportunity to visit Norcia which is only 20-25 minutes away and Cascia which is only 15 minutes away by car.

La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato (camera gialla) era bellissima, arredata in modo impeccabile e dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo adorato il letto a baldacchino. La colazione era ricca e abbondante, con prodotti fatti in casa. La signora Floriana e tutto lo staff sono stati sempre disponibili e cordiali. Bellissima anche la piscina, dalla quale si gode un panorama mozzafiato.

Stupendo monastero ristrutturato da pochissimo, gli arredamenti sono armoniosi e hanno mantenuto il fascino del passato con una punta di moderno La piccola spa è molto carina ma il punto forte è la piscina a sfioro con una bellissima vista sulle montagne, un’oasi di pace per staccare da tutto La cena alla Locanda è stata superlativa e la padrona di casa Floriana molto attenta e disponibile
