The Space:

Welcome to Terrazas P22, a bright and spacious 3-bedroom residence located within the gates of Punta Mita.

The open-concept living and dining areas connect seamlessly to a private terrace overlooking the golf course, creating an inviting space for relaxing, dining outdoors, and enjoying the tropical surroundings.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Primary bedroom with king bed

• Second bedroom with two queen beds

• Additional bunk bed space

The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable gathering spaces for families and groups.

Daily housekeeping is included except Sundays, and a 6-seater golf cart is provided with your stay for convenient transportation throughout Punta Mita.

The property is professionally managed by Mita Rentals.

Terrazas P22 is located in Las Terrazas, a residential community within the gates of Punta Mita.

Surrounded by the golf course and tropical landscaping, Las Terrazas offers a relaxed setting with convenient access to participating Beach Clubs, beaches, restaurants, golf facilities, and other Punta Mita resort amenities.

The nearby town of Punta de Mita also offers restaurants, cafés, shops, and local experiences.



Getting Around:

A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy and convenient to explore Punta Mita.

Guests can use the cart to travel between participating Beach Clubs, restaurants, beaches, and other areas within the community.

Airport transportation and transportation outside Punta Mita can be arranged separately through our Pre-Arrival team.

Premier Club Membership provides access to Punta Mita’s beach clubs and amenities; however, access fees apply per person, per stay (up to 30 days):

PET POLICY

This property is pet-friendly for dogs only.

A pet fee of USD $200 per dog, per stay applies.

Size, weight, and breed restrictions may apply and must be confirmed prior to booking. Guests must provide pet details in advance for approval.

Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and following all community leash and pet regulations.
