I reached out a couple different ways about early check in and never got a response. Finally called day of and told we could use one floor for early check in. The cleaning lady was downstairs and stayed past 4:30pm which was check in was at 4pm. The king size bed sheets didn’t look clean. Also they wanted us to do laundry before we left start dish washer wipe counter down take out trash! We pay all these fees for cleaning then was expected to clean the house before we left.
