We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The house lay out works great for kids and adults. The location was perfect and the access to the beach was great. All of the beds are very comfortable and lots of extra bedding was provided! We look forward to renting this property again.

Very clean, easy to access, overall great

The living spaces were perfect for a large family to gather and talk with little areas for children to retreat to and have their own spaces. Beds were small, but we are an abnormally tall family. Not state of the art but perfect for a family with kids….we will be back

We had a great time. Loved the space. Across the street from the beach! It Could of used another shower, only have 2. In general, the home worked out well for our large group. But there are only 2 queens! It was advertised as 3 queens. Double beds are small to share.

This home is so unique with plenty of space and all the amenities you need when traveling with big groups. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is very roomy and warm and inviting, with our large family there was plenty of room together and alone space. Convenant to downtown and the beaches.

We loved our house. It was perfectly located on the beach. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Our surroundings were quiet and we could hear and see the ocean from the front windows. The house itself had great character with it's design and décor. We had six adults and 7 children in the house and there were plenty of beds for everyone as well as plenty of room to spread out. There were large rooms and nooks for a person to have some quiet time to themselves. The one thing that could use some attention is the appliances (just a bit dated). But the house itself more than made up for the outdated stove. The kitchen was convenient. It was really nice having 2 fridges. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. I would want to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

But we did find the following: only overhead light worked in room with blue striped duvet, none of the outlets or bedside lamps; 2-3” lint in dryer; given the wrong wifi access name but after trying a couple able to log on. Overall we were satisfied and had a very pleasant family holiday

We had our Easter celebration here; not expecting to have all of the pots and pans needed for a large family gathering; but they have everything and more! The location is right at the public parking at the end of the promenade; beautiful views! We couldn’t be more pleased; we hope to come back again in the future. One note is that the area seems to be inundated with meth heads at the moment, hopefully they’ll move on.

BUT lovely old house doesn't outweigh the fact that the house was not clean when we arrived, the stove has two (out of 4) burners that tilt badly, the dishwasher can only be run when nothing else is running or it blows the circuit. There was no internet all weekend, and the advertised grill is a rust heap that I would be afraid to light, much less cook on. Plenty of dishes, towels and bedding, games, TV's, but it's hard to cook for 12 when the stove is wonky, and hard to have a toddler crawling around when the floors are dirty and have small candies, etc. around for babies to find.What it has going for it is the amazing location, about 50yds from the beach. But the tools, dirty mophead, and empty McDonald's cup on the kitchen counter top, dead coffee in the coffee maker, dirty floors, etc. makes one less confident that the bathrooms and sheets are truly clean. Especially in covid time, this is not reassuring. It's some appliance maintenance, purchasing, and deep cleaning away from a quality property. Minus that, it stops being quaint and becomes an expense that is not worth it.

Had a fantastic stay!

We rented this house for a family trip and it was perfect. A short walk to the beach, steps from the promenade and a half mile to the Seaside aquarium and the main drag in town. So great!

Ths house just great, plenty of room and right of the beach.
