Hidden Gem of a Hotel!

Carmen was so welcoming. We had to change hotels at the last minute and had no idea what to expect but when we entered the lobby it was so cozy, inviting and cute that we knew we would love it. And the rooms were very nice and clean and comfy. Perfect location, we were in walking distance to everything!

Best trip ever

Great location, great staff, great breakfast, and it was very clean, chill, and relaxing.

The pool was small but we still had fun and the bikes were a little janky but free and we had a great time riding them

Everything was great, location, cleanliness & customer service. Breakfast was a hit with our family, especially the guacamole packets. All time coffee & water availability was a plus.

Very comfortable bed. It had beautiful amenities, excellent coffee in the room, plenty of towels. I wish we had the time to stay longer. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel had an elevator, which made it very easy for us to get our luggage up to the third floor. Free parking..

There wasn't anything I can think of we didn't like.

Unexpected Gem

Friendly, helpful staff. We didn't plan on staying overnight so we had no overnight supplies. Lorilei quickly offered toothbrush, toothpaste and other sundries.

Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms

The staff is always friendly. Love the cleanliness and late checkout. Also being dog friendly is important to our family. Variety of breakfast food at the late time- until 10 is appreciated.

I'd recommend a different traffic flow for the breakfast area. It was difficult to move around to get food. Maybe have food and utensils in 2 different areas. Other than that, I'd highly recommend the Inn at Seaside. Also maybe have a plug in on the nightstand for cell phones.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for! It was quiet, comfortable, walking distace to down town, and the staff was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back soon

Staff were friendly and respectful!

I’m sorry but this facility grossed me out! The shower had hair inside, and around the toilet there was residue of feces! Sheets and pillow cases were stained and look like they aren’t changed regularly. Breakfast was disappointing

We had a lovely weekend away from everyday life!

very clean and welcoming! Easy access to town and centrally located.

chairs in room not comfortable at all! lighting in room could be better, it seemed dark in the room with all the lights on.

Have stayed here before and will again. I do think it is time for them to update their furnishings.

Our room was very nice and clean. The extras provided such as coffee, tea, hair dryer, facial cleansing pads, and lotion was super. Beds were very comfortable and offered a great selection of pillows. The staff was awesome so nice and friendly. Being greeted when we checked in with very tasty cookies was a really nice treat!

Breakfast was not so good. The pastry selection was basically non existent. What was there was hard and stale. Not impressed.

overpaid for a mediocre stay, please look for other options in Seaside

Rooms were clean and spacious, cleaning staff did a great job

first of all it was overpriced and we were expecting a better experience for the price, breakfast was awful, pool was small, front staff during the day/checkin were not friendly, unfortunately we did not have a great experience and will not be coming back.
