There was sand in the hot tub/spa but hey this IS the beach

Professional and attentive service, comfortable facilities, all the necessary amenities nearby, and ample, secure parking.

If the breakfast were a bit better, it would be perfect.

Loved the sweet staff. All of them! Location was perfect. Not right next to the water but close enough to walk anywhere and enjoy a good view! Loved the pool. The light bfast comes in handy to start your day! Will def be back

Loved the pool but I would say the hot tub does look very dirty 😅 i would also like to mention that the shower in the hallway (not in the master bedroom) is very small. Very hard to get in and out in such tight space without water splashing out. Lastly, I noticed in room 411 when you do move the shower head to the side so I can get in, there is a major hole where water profusely leaks! Please get that checked out.

The location was great and the room size was comfortable for our family.

When we got to the location, the front office staff informed me they had us in a room right next to the breakfast room, pool and directly across the main elevator on the main floor by the lobby. I am shocked a hotel would even place a room in such a horrible location. We were able to move rooms, but had to wait for cleaning, which I was fine with in order not to be stuck in the worst room in the hotel. The front office staff were two old women who were highly rude to my children ( who are older and polite, they had asked for additional blankets and that was too much to ask for them). The room itself was filthy, we walked in and there was a wet ring from a drink on the counter, and the floors were dirty. The rooms itself didn’t have a blow dryer ( which I think is crazy I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide one), super inconvenient. They didn’t have laundry detergent for then in room Asher and dryer. Their pool was small and dirty. The free breakfast was two mornings of biscuits and gravy. For over 1,000 for two nights, I would have much rather stayed in a nice air bnb. Lesson learned.
