Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront

We came for the sandcastle competition, and the hotel was fully booked. Even so the staff was friendly and helpful. They even suggested that as we were also staying Sunday we should come back and upgrade our stay which we did. They moved us into a top floor suite overlooking the sandcastles. The view was amazing including the sunset. The room had a fireplace and chairs to relax and watch TV instead of sitting on the bed. The hotel is ideally located at the end of the main road so easy walk to multiple places to shop, eat & drink as well as being at the beach. If you're coming to Seaside this is the place to stay! Nothing and they're even busy upgrading the whole place so it will be even better by next spring!

Location to everything

Doors of other rooms slam when shut, causing the walls to shake. Woke us up a few times.

Nice hotel. pretty rooms. friendly employees. Beautiful veiw.

Complementary breakfast would be nice.. and softer beds. Those are pretty tough mattress you got.

It is right next to the turn around so perfect location to shops and the beach. The view from the balcony’s are amazing.

It took a while to get checked in. The front desk agent seemed a little frazzled. We had three rooms that were supposed to be next to each other but only 2 were ready so one room was on a different floor. One of the rooms the sheets were stained. The pool was nice but could use a cleaning. The sauna, hot tub and guy were all unavailable due to the remodeling.
