The home is very spacious and has been upgraded for comfort, and the furnishings will make you feel right at home. Imagine walking to the boardwalk each morning. At night, have dinner at a great restaurant on Baltimore Avenue and then sip beverages in the private and quiet backyard. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated for comfort and convenience as of 2023 including new paint and furnishings (new bed frames, headboards, dressers, lighting, rugs, towel bars, and vanities). This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
