Nestled in the charming coastal town of Bethany Beach, this inviting townhouse offers the perfect retreat for your beach getaway. Located in the Bayberry Woods community, just a short distance from the ocean, boardwalk, and downtown area, you'll have easy access to all the local attractions while still enjoying a peaceful wooded setting off Garfield Parkway. This two-story townhouse is beautifully decorated and features a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. From the well-equipped kitchen with a Crockpot, Keurig, and electric skillet to the cozy living and dining areas, you'll feel right at home. The outdoor shower, located to the left of the porch, is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Enjoy the community's shared outdoor pool, tennis courts, and bike path, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Relax on the screened porch, or head to the shared Pickleball courts for a friendly game. With games, books, and puzzles for both adults and children, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're looking to relax on the deck with a cup of coffee from the Keurig or explore the nearby restaurants and shops, this townhouse offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. With amenities like a washer/dryer, central AC, and Netflix streaming, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have any ground-floor bedrooms. No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. PLEASE make sure the lid to the dumpster is closed after you have used it so that animals cannot get in it. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Enjoyed our weekend stay here - home was charming, clean, and tidy. The amenities were very nice. Conveniently located a short drive from the beach. Appreciated the option for late checkout

This was a wonderful stay for our family including 3 adults and 3 teens. The beds and furniture were comfortable and there was lots of light, lovely decorations, and plenty of space for everyone. We were there during a heat wave and the house remained cool. The pool across the way was very convenient, clean and relaxing. We appreciated the Roku TV with options to sign on, family games available, and amble plates/ kitchen utensils and appliances. The location was walking distance to a Wawa, Grottos and other great restaurants and an easy walk or drive to the Bethany Boardwalk. There was plenty of parking in front of the house and we were able to use the residential parking pass for the beach. Would enthusiastically recommend.

House was okay. Was stocked. AC was iffy. Main bedroom was either hot or freezing. Did not explain parking. Provided a residential parking placard but did not explain it. Took 2 days to understand how to use it. I even called and no one could answer my questions. Community pool was nice.
