Entry is simple and secure with a convenient smart-lock on the front door.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on a monthly basis during the spring and summer

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security doorbell camera facing the driveway, street, and front yard

• We own the lot in front of the home, which has our home "Palmetto Pearl" with an identical layout. Please message us if you would like to book both homes :)



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled without a refund

- Maximum of 10 guests

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking on the property in PROHIBITED: $250 minimum fine for smoke damages.
