The kitchen is both stylish and functional, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four. The custom dining table comfortably accommodates eight, making it perfect for shared meals and conversation. The main-level queen suite provides deck access, a private bath, and a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. A half bath and laundry area add convenience to this floor.

Upstairs, a cozy loft reading nook offers a quiet escape, while two queen bedrooms share a full bath—ideal for families or groups traveling together. Throughout the home, heated bathroom floors provide extra comfort, especially during cooler mountain mornings.

The lower level is dedicated to entertainment and flexibility. A spacious den with a second TV and pool table makes the perfect hangout, while the fourth sleeping area, featuring a king bed and twin-over-twin bunk, is ideal for mixed groups or families. A full bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower completes this level.

Outdoor living is just as inviting. The main-level deck comes equipped with a gas grill and picnic table for meals with a view. Steps lead down to a newly added fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars. On the lower patio, a 7-person hot tub and bar area provide an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the mountains.
