The Space:
Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean at Pyramid 6K, an oceanfront escape that sits mere steps from the sand in Ocean City. The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
This air-conditioned condo is decorated with bold patterns throughout, offering a mirrored living room wall that reflects the sunlight. There's a well-appointed kitchen with every essential appliance, space to dine both inside and outside on the oceanfront balcony, and TVs in the living area and both bedrooms. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee (Cash Only) is required year round and is to be paid at the Pyramid at the time of check in. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 per night (CASH ONLY). Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times. The $40 fee covers WEEKLY lengths of stays, for instance a guest staying 2 nights or 1 week will pay $40. A guest staying any amount of time OVER one week would then pay $80.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beachfront balcony is wonderful!

The condo itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished both inside and out. It was the perfect fit for our family, and we truly enjoyed the location.
That said, we did experience a few issues during our stay. Upon arrival, it took us 45 minutes to get into the unit due to a problem with the lock, which required a lengthy call with Vacasa. The sliding glass door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and close, and while we were told this was a known issue, it wasn’t repaired until mid-week—after making multiple text requests-making it hard to fully enjoy the outdoor space in the meantime.
Most unfortunately, the air conditioning unit began leaking on Wednesday, which forced us to end our vacation early. We were told we had to leave. We were told this was also a known issue, and we wish it had been addressed prior to our stay so it wouldn’t have disrupted our family vacation.
Despite these setbacks, we appreciated the overall comfort and cleanliness of the condo and would be open to giving 6K another chance on a future visit to Ocean City—hopefully with all maintenance concerns resolved ahead of time.

Beautiful place, great location with unbelievable sunrises! We will be back! Kudos to VACASA, we left a bag in the room, they were able to find it and for a small fee mail it to our home, solid customer service! The unit we stayed in was as advertised, it was AMAZING!!!

The condition of the unit did not meet expectations. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean. It's in dire need of an update. We won't stay in this unit again.
