Ease of access to hospital and the lovely cairns esplanade. Walkable distance to city centre. Good layout as you can leave the building from the front or back door depending where u want to go

Great water pressure in the shower which is a plus

near the esplanade, hospital even a good walk to the city the 10th floor was beautiful the view and set was incredibly peaceful and nice vending machine In reception was a win saved me from driving to get midnight snacks and the pools amazing and staffs are well mannered and also polite
the elevator but it’s it’s understandable it’s in fixing no big deal

The staff were lovely
You really get what you pay for. The floor needs to be moped about 10 time you could just tell it hasn’t been due to the dirt on the bottom of your feet. The lights next to the bed need a good dusting. A bed side table would have been nice on the other side of the bed, more power points and better beds would have been good.
