Very nice location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and good amenities.
Nothing really. My bed was next to the door with the hall and one guest was playing videos without headphones. Also I took my towel to dry on the rack outside but it wasn’t taken in when it started raining really hard (not that this can be expected but it would have been nice).

Oleg from Russia was my favorite receptionist. He was always friendly and helpful. There were some long term residents like Shawn from Canada who were also very nice. The location in the old town and the female only room were great.
No clothes washing or drying facility. Waste baskets would overflow and toilet paper ran out every night.

The location is the best, right in the heart of the Old Town but tucked away on a little side street. The beds are really comfortable, especially once I got a bottom bunk. The price is good, and it includes a free dowel and large locker. There's a fridge to store some food, and a mini-kitchen to prepare something to eat. I met some really nice travelers from all over the world, but most didn't stay as long as I did.
The waste baskets overflowed and the toilets ran out of TP nearly every night. The water in the shower wasn't consistent temperature. But none of that was a deal breaker. Overall, the place is really nice and I enjoyed staying here. Oh, and no washing machine or place to hang hand washing.
