Great location, quiet room and helpful staff.
Would've liked something fresh to add during breakfast, salad or slices of cucumber or similar, and no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Location was perfect, room was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was spot one

Excellent location, friendly staff, reasonably clean, comfortable bed, good air con.
Breakfast was pretty chaotic and understaffed, and around 1/4 of the menu wasn’t available. The WiFi was hit and miss. There’s no tea or biscuits in the room. The rooms really are small, which is alright as a solo traveller but would be difficult as a pair.

The location in relation with where I needed to be. The bedding and linen. The shower. The peace and quiet in the room which, for a central hotel near one of the busiest districts in London, was a very pleasant surprise.
Both pillows were a little hard. The room was smaller than what I expected. The carpet could do with a bit of a change. Would have appreciated a bathroom shower cap and at minimum a goblet in order to have a drink of water. In view there was no minibar, drinking water from the tap was tricky to say the least.
