FALL/WINTER SPECIAL- SEPTEMBER to DECEMBER 2026 — Stay in a brand-new premium suite and receive up to a $10 per day credit toward a rental vehicle. Explore Kodiak with more comfort, more convenience, and fewer extra costs. (new reservations only made after September 15, 2026; must book direct with VRBO & Kodiak Car Rentals)

Welcome to a brand-new, premium two-bedroom, two-bath suite designed for guests who want more than a basic rental. Every detail was chosen with comfort, quality, and convenience in mind — from the furnishings and beds to the kitchen items, linens, and complimentary guest supplies.

This is not the typical vacation rental filled with leftover furniture, cheap kitchenware, and bare-minimum amenities. The suite was created to feel fresh, polished, and easy to settle into, whether you are visiting Kodiak for work, family, fishing, adventure, or an extended stay.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable Casper memory foam mattresses, quality linens, and a restful setup for a great night’s sleep. With two full bathrooms, the space works especially well for families, friends, coworkers, or guests who want extra privacy and room to spread out.

The full kitchen is stocked with quality everyday essentials, so you can actually cook and enjoy the space without dealing with mismatched, low-quality rental supplies. The suite also includes a comfortable living area, large flat-screen TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout.

We also provide the basics guests often have to buy elsewhere: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and laundry detergent are all included complimentary with your stay.
Located in Midtown Kodiak, the suite offers convenient access to town, dining, shopping, the hospital, the airport, and Kodiak’s outdoor adventures. After a day of hiking, fishing, sightseeing, or working, come back to a clean, modern, high-end suite that feels comfortable, convenient, and truly easy to enjoy.
