Bluestone House is a carefully restored 200-year-old Catskills farmhouse set on 7.5 private wooded acres in Callicoon’s Upper Beechwoods, just 2.5 hours from NYC.

Designed for deep rest and slow living, the home blends historic character with thoughtful modern comforts. Guests can unwind in the infrared sauna, gather around the handcrafted bluestone firepit beneath the trees, enjoy morning coffee on the expansive bluestone patio, or wander the walking gardens and surrounding woods.

The home features cotton linens, reverse osmosis drinking water, a non-toxic kitchen, warm gathering spaces, and large windows overlooking the property’s peaceful natural setting.

Wildlife is abundant throughout the seasons — deer, rabbits, wild turkey, eagles, and songbirds are frequent visitors.

Perfect for families, couples, creatives, and remote professionals seeking privacy, beauty, and connection with nature.
