Pudding's Home has a very simple pantry for your use during your stay, including instant coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

We recommend to stop by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk (Coles is a 30 second walk), specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements.

Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, supplies may deplete quickly, and the cleaner may not always have sufficient time to restock between stays. If any of the above items are missing or run out, please don’t hesitate to contact Luke. He will promptly contact you and to see what we can do to refill the stock.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate.

No Littering from the Balcony Policy: for the safety and cleanliness of our community, guests are strictly prohibited from throwing any objects, including cigarette butts, food, or trash, from the balcony. Violations may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of your stay. Please dispose of all waste responsibly.

Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.

** Please note: we provide one set of fob and key per guest group like any other apartments in Airbnb. We provide one set of towel per person per stay.

** We offer paid luggage storage at the location where you pick up and drop off your key.
** Please note that the store closes at midnight, so be sure to collect your key before 12:00 a.m.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.

For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
