Your unique key code will be included in the house manual, which will be sent to you three days before your stay.

Please return the keys to the convenience store when leaving.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS
Please check the opening hours for your home's key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
