Guests enjoy access to three private lakes, including beautiful Hatcher Lake, only a 5-minute drive away. Fully stocked and known for some of the best trout fishing in the area, it’s a favorite spot for anglers of all levels. A convenient QR code is provided to make purchasing a fishing license quick and easy.

For a small fee, guests can enjoy the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, featuring an indoor pool, fitness classes, weightlifting equipment, and plenty of cardio machines. It’s the perfect spot for workouts, swimming, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
