The layout is straightforward and functional. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and share one full bathroom. A pack-and-play is on hand for families traveling with a little one. The living area is open and comfortable — a good spot to unwind after a long beach day. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, a Nutri-bullet blender, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. No need to stop at the grocery store for every little thing.

The private patio is a quiet place to have your morning coffee or fire up a grill for dinner outside. An in-unit washer means you can pack lighter and not live out of a suitcase on longer stays. Beach towels and beach chairs are included — just grab and go.

The ocean is a 7-minute walk from your door. On the way, you'll pass Salt Life Food Shack (4 minutes on foot — strong seafood, surfy crowd) and O-Ku Sushi (5 minutes — rooftop views by the pier). Mellow Mushroom is also 5 minutes away on foot, which makes it an easy call for a laid-back pizza night. Publix is a 10-minute walk for groceries. For a short drive, TacoLu is 3 minutes away and a local favorite for fish tacos. Summer foot traffic in Jax Beach picks up fast — having a walkable base like this keeps your mornings easy and your evenings flexible.

Check-in is self-directed with a keyless entry code. WiFi runs at 1 Gbps — enough for everyone streaming at once. The unit includes full-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, fresh linens, bath towels, and laundry detergent. Sound machines are in each room. Note that this unit is on the second floor and requires climbing stairs — not ideal if mobility is a concern. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
