Also worth a visit is the historic Braemar and Royal Deeside 21 miles north over the mountain, Cairnwell. Alongside the abundance of forest and mountain walks, you may want an adrenaline buzz. Local activity providers run year-round activities including rafting, clay pigeon shooting and quad biking whilst canyoning and adventure tubing are available in the summer. You are only 12 miles south of the Glenshee ski area with some of the best on and off-piste skiing to be had in Scotland.

Arriving at this single-level property, you are greeted by stunning views of the countryside and hills of Mount Blair and Over Craig via the large patio door in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a perfect place to relax in front of the wood burner, read a book, watch a movie or cook a meal together. Alternatively, sit in the hot tub and just enjoy listening to the birdsong and unwind. The master bedroom with en-suite is located at the end of the building and there is also a twin bedroom. The main bathroom is situated between the bedrooms.

The garden is enclosed and ensures you can relax whilst the children play. There is a decked area with seating, a hot tub and a BBQ.
