Just steps away to Newport's beautiful Bay Canals where you can bring your little ones to play in the sand, build a sand castle and look for crabs. The 38th St Park is across the street with its great play area for kids and the full court basketball court. There is even another fun playground over the little bridge to Newport Island just down the sidewalk. Luxury Fili D’Oro linens and towels are thoughtfully provided for every bed and every guest!

The home opens up to the open living, dining and kitchen area. Perfect for gathering the crew after long beach day to relax. Just past the kitchen you will find a laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer. Following that, you will find a full bathroom and a guest room with a queen bed. Up the stairs you will find the master suite with a walk in closet and an en suite full bathroom. This master suite also has access to a full roof top deck with a BBQ and a dining table to enjoy meals with a beautiful sunset view.

The home has 2 parking spots available, one in the garage and one in the carport right in front of the garage door.

Please Note* There is a home caddy corner from the home that is currently under construction. The restrooms at the park directly in front of the home are also undergoing repairs.

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
