Superb customer service, and very responsive to messages. Booked this on behalf of my dad who says the bed was really comfortable! Property has had a lot of care and thought put into what you might need during your stay. My dad enjoyed his stay very much and we’d definitely book again.
It was a bit difficult to find in the dark but that’s only because it was almost midnight and some streetlights had been turned off.

Great location, less than a 10 minute walk from the Brayford. It is in a quiet residential area. Room was spacious. Did not see a staff member however they were very responsive by email. Mini kitchen was well appointed. Definitely will stay again when returning to Lincoln.
Not much not to like.

It’s a great location , with only being a 20 minute walk into the centre, meaning you can get to the castle really easily.Close to lots of shops and near the river front. Bed was Comfy and the hosts went above and beyond to provide loads of details and recommendations. Even left some snacks which was a nice touch. Have all you need with decent space 🥰
The shower was slightly broken so it was difficult to use (wouldn’t stay in its holder thing) the pressure was low and slightly small.
Obviously can’t be helped but it’s located right next door to a student house and they were very loud. Kept us up most of night - banging/music /shouting (obvs not the hosts fault- but worth noting as it did disrupt our night on both nights)
