The neighborhood has a gated entrance. **This community prohibits E-bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, golf carts, campers, RVs, LSVs, jet Skis, boat trailers, and smoking on the property. ** On the Water Sunsets allows up to 2 dogs with a max combined weight of 45 pounds. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building or elevator.
