With 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living area with ocean front views and a rooftop deck with a BBQ, this home has it all. The airy living area with wall to wall windows and a small balcony offers stunning ocean views. The kitchen has state of the art appliances and a dining table to seat everyone. Down the hall, you will find all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 full beds and an en suit bathroom that has double access from the hall as well. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Next door is the last bedroom with another queen bed and a built in desk area.

Off the hall, you'll find the door that leads up the stairs to the rooftop deck with ample seating and a BBQ. Perfect for serving up grilled goods during a beautiful sunset.

This home has a shared garage with the lower unit's guests with one designated parking spot. Larger vehicles may not fit, as the garages in Newport homes tend to be more compact. Street parking is also available.

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
